Should you require an estimate of fees, we need to properly consider your matter and the necessary processes. We will provide you with an estimate after reviewing your case. If you provide your budget, we will attempt to assist you as far and best as possible, keeping you updated on the fees charged.
If you and your spouse agree on the terms, the process is quite quick. A settlement agreement will be drafted, summons issued and served. After 10 days, an application for a divorce date is made. If contested, it may take longer, but we aim to reach a settlement promptly.
No, we accommodate your schedule. Consultations can be conducted via telephone, WhatsApp video call, Teams Meeting, or Zoom call, whichever is most convenient for you.
In the absence of a court order or agreement, the opposition cannot be expected to pay your legal costs. If a cost order is given in your favor, you may recover those legal costs from the opposition, though it may take some time.
Our offices are based in Boksburg, but we cover a wide range of jurisdictions, including Pretoria, Johannesburg, Boksburg, Benoni, Brakpan, Kempton Park, Edenvale, and Germiston. We also operate in the High Courts of Gauteng with our correspondent attorneys.
