Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before making any claim, you and Creighton Attorneys agree to try to resolve any disputes through good faith discussions. If the dispute is not resolved through good faith discussions within 30 days, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution as set forth below.

Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA) Rules.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms of Service. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Site.

Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Creighton Attorneys regarding the use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements between you and Creighton Attorneys relating to your use of the Site.

Waiver
